Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Made 24 to 3 Hours Before the Appointment:
- If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so without any penalty if the cancellation is made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time. In this case, you will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule, whichever you prefer.
- Please contact us directly via phone or email to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations Made Within 3 Hours of the Appointment:
- Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund in this case, as our time and resources have already been allocated to your appointment.
- We understand that emergencies happen, and in certain circumstances, we may be able to offer a rescheduled appointment at a later time without additional charges. However, this is at the sole discretion of our management team.
- No-Shows:
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, the full amount paid will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Return Policy
- Digital and Service-Based Products:
- Due to the nature of our services, all sales of digital and service-based products (such as consultations, telemedicine services, and online courses) are final and non-refundable once delivered.
- If you have any concerns about the services provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service to discuss your concerns. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address any issues.
- Physical Products:
- If you have purchased a physical product from PrathamVet, returns will only be accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive the cancellation request or the returned product (in the case of physical items).
